"Christine - IS the Relocation EXPERT!"
"On behalf of my husband and myself, let me encourage you to have the confidence in Christine Hendricks that we have for this journey that has led to a very exciting culmination of a new home purchase next week. Without her, I am sure this process would have been much more stressful and complicated. I know that there were things that she did for us along the way that we didn't even know about - but we do know that she was a tremendous advocate for us in dealing with other realtors showing our home and with our builder during that process. As an attorney, I pride myself in educating myself in the process of whatever I'm doing, and my husband and I take an active role in major decisions and purchases (of course). However, it has been a tremendous relief to us that we have been able to rely on the experience and knowledge that she has - and that I have been able to go about the business of packing and dealing with all the moving issues with confidence. What has been just as impressive is Christine's relationship with the people in the industries we've dealt with - the builder's company, the inspectors, etc. We've seen the admiration and good business relationship they have for/with her. That has helped our process go even more smoothly. I can't imagine dealing with a realtor who has had "issues" with other people along the line and how that could have affected our transactions. Anyway, at the risk of going on and on, I know my husband and I would and will confidently recommend Christine for those who are interested in a realtor who has the experience to advocate for clients when necessary, and offer important suggestions and advice when necessary."

Selling Your Home >Marketing
When you list your home for sale, you and your agent must work as partners to ensure it sells as quickly as possible, and for the best price. While you take the necessary steps to make your property look good inside and out, your real estate agent will go to work to make sure your home is exposed to qualified buyers.
Real estate agents work with each seller to develop a written marketing plan. This enables you to know what your agent is doing to sell your home and what you can expect to happen while your property is on the market. It will also include suggestions on how to make your home sell. There will be regular communication between you and your real estate agent from the day the listing agreement is signed. The agent will give you progress reports and feedback from the people who have seen your home. You will also have frequent opportunities to ask questions and discuss changes in the marketing strategy.
